I have a 88turbo coupe I have a gillis valve, and the full 3' exhaust (down pipe, mid pipe, magnaflow muffler) also the k&n filter what am I looking at hp wise??? and how much boost can I safely make since the car does have the LA ecu... and what are some other good bolt on's?? its a 89k mile car so I don't really wanna tear into the motor.... (just bolt on)

The exhaust is typically worth about 35rwhp on a "stock" 2.3T and 45+rwhp on a 2.3T that is making 230-240rwhp before the exhaust swap.
The gillis of course won't add any hp in itself, you will see about 5-6hp per psi though. The gillis will add tq without an increase in boost since it makes the boost build at a lower rpm and ramp up quicker.
The filter is worth about 13rwhp.
A stock 88TC will make about 165rwhp so the exhaust should get it to 200, filter to 210-215, and each psi above 15 (within reason) another 5hp or so. This is of course assuming everything is in good as new condition so there aren't any running issues. With the stock IC you can probably run 18-19psi during the winter (cold air). Once it gets hot, this number may need go down a few psi or you'll blow a head gasket.
The next mods would be an FMIC kit, porting (intake manifold, exhaust manifold, head) and a bo-port cam. With those mods, you'll be capable of making more hp than your injectors, vam, and ecu can support, at which point a PiMP would be needed, along with a larger turbo.
