Other than moving the frame mounted fuel pump to the tank, and inserting a fuel filter in its place, are there any other issues when converting an 84 SVO to a Stinger dual exhaust?

You typically have to pull the fuel line out of the way of the tailpipe and of course add a muffler hanger. Otherwise you're good to go.

The brake hose touches the tail pipe as well.

The brake hose touches the tail pipe as well. What is the correct fix for the brake hose interference?

Pull it out of the way in any way you can that will be permanent. You can also wrap the tailpipe with a heat wrap to protect the brake line.
