i seem to have the same problem with my car as well, i have it set to 10 degrees of timing, 15 pds of boost, and approx 98 octane fuel and it runs great until i lay into the throttle. it spools the full 15 pounds but totally falls on its face. it kinda sounds like it boggs down and the rpms will stall and it pretty much stops accelerating. i have been told that it looks like it smokes a little when this happens so im lead to believe that it has somethin to do with too much fuel or not enough spark...........any suggestions???

Your problem doesn't sound related to the above post.
What's your spark plug gap? It needs to be .030" to prevent spark blowout.
What injectors/ecu/air meter? How much fuel pressure (if you have an adjustable regulator).
