P.i.m.P ecu connector

Hi, the little black connect that goes on the side of the ecu doesn't click in like its supposed to? I see that it should since that connector moves back and forth like a unlock and lock system. Seems simple and I doing something wrong it goes in feels alittle snug but I can pull it out. Anyone else experience this?

If you're talking about the tuning cable, it doesn't lock, it's just a tight fit.
