Oil drain line seems about an inch short despite grinding on turbo support bracket, feed line "t" is wrong thread and I don't know what goes in the top of the "t". Did I get/order the wrong oil lines? Turbo is T3/T4 china eBay. I have seen prior threads about this but fit is so far off I must be missing something. Thanks for helpful feedback.

OK, I see I had the supply line backwards, but the input side is much larger diameter fitting than the "L" supplied.

See the "how do I install oil lines" FAQ thread for pictures and step by step instructions for both lines. This will show that your feed line is backwards. stinger-performance.proboards.com/thread/131/install-oil-lineThe eBay turbo also appears to have a larger than normal thread size (it may also be metric) which means you'll need an adapter fitting to standardize the thread size. It also appears the eBay turbo must have a non-standard exhaust housing offset (position of the centerline of the turbo relative to the mounting flange) as a non-Chinese turbo will have the return flange farther forward (requiring the line to bend to line up with it) while also being lower (the height of the line's flange as you have it sitting in the pics - the braided section is level). Looks like a situation where the "cheap" turbo is starting to have additional costs/hassle involved unfortunately. I knew the Chinese turbos throw off header downpipe fitment (the bolt pattern for the 5 bolt flange is rotated compared to a non-Chinese turbo which rotates the downpipe and makes it hit the firewall). It seems some of them have even more non-standard dimensions (as shown in your pics).
