So i have a 1995 GTS with AFR165s, explorer intake, f303 cam, full exhaust. Got a couple of questions i didnt hook up the egr can i tune the egr out with the pimp? i know i need some 24# injectors(i plan on pulling some from a mark 8 next time im at the lkq) my car as it is now is pig rich and cant idle. so im looking for something that is tuneable...how steep is the learning curve? will the autotune feature at least get me where the car isnt running so rich at idle?

PiMP doesn't use EGR at all.
How "steep" the learning curve is depends on the individual. To lean out the idle you can literally open the fuel table, select the area of the map it's idling in (it shows you where this is at) and just push the down arrow and watch the idle lean out until it gets to the AFR you are after.

the only tuning experience i have is with a power commander playing with the fuel tables to keep it from popping thru the exhaust and shooting blue flames out between shifts lol

Fuel tables are always similar, it's just a matter of how you're allowed to interact with them via hardware/software.

the biggest thing holding me back is the price vs going carbed(which i figure i could do for about 500$ but i should probably take that figure and double it lol). i live in georgia and we dont have any inspections of any kind(unless i moved to metro atl) so i can pretty much run any combo out there

another quick question. will the pimp allow my stock electric fan to work in my 1995 mustang?

Yes, and you can decide at what temp in turns on and off.

I would never go carb when fuel injection is an option....
