Car started running rough. When i checked this is what i found. TIming bounce from 26 to roughly 35 with spout in spout out it will be at 10 then dissapear. it willl take a good 10 second befare you can see it again then will appear for less tha a second. vacuum reads 15,13,16,15,13,16 afr bouncces around from 14.7 down to 13 to 15 ran codes and get 26 (from mass air conversion always had) 14,41,42, I also noticed around my head gasket it appears wet and it is not coming from the valve cover. It as if it is seeping through.

My T-Bird runs rough and rich and I also get the codes 14 and 42. I've replaced the stator and the TFI module which didn't help. I've never noticed my timing bounce around like that but I usually just set it and disconnect the light. I'm going to check to see if mine is doing the same as yours. My vacuum reads a steady 18.

Do a compression check. Also examine your distributor drive gear for excessive wear.

will do. I also noticed a new code today 72 . When i clear codes it seems to run perfect for a little while. Now I am getting a really high idle here and there. It will want to jump to 2000 rpm and stay there. I did however unplug the tps and it droped right down. Is that right? it is set at .94

Normally the hanging idle is a dirty or malfunctioning IAC valve on the throttle body.

Hey everyone, A week ago I posted that my timing mark was bouncing around on this tread. Drove me crazy for two weeks. Created very rich reading, but didnt show it on the plugs. Found #1 plug wire would not hold the plug tight enough last week. Made a world of a difference. Also did a oil change a yesterday and I found it runs a 100% better due to the amount of fuel in the oil from running rich. No more high idle either.

you got it. I will have to wait to next week but, what hd should i use with 350 hp? Also should i replace the head bolts I have probably 3 sets of used ones. Do they reallly stretch?

The tune kills headgaskets, not the hp. I know of multiple individuals who made 400+hp on the stock replacement Felpro 8993 gasket that's only like $10. Detonation kills headgaskets and you've admitted to doing it hundreds of times.
If you have headbolts with 6 point heads, you'll need to replace them as they are "torque to yield" which means they stretch by design and are not re-usable. If they have 12 point heads, you can reuse them. It doesn't hurt to retorque the bolts after the first heat cycle. Just loosen them half a turn and torque them to the stock value again (one at a time and in the same order as the first time).
