assuming your car is pretty much stock, you can run about 5-10 more psi, its rated at 700hp if you ever want to further mod your car, and there's so much more room in the engine bay after installing it.

It's worth about 30hp on a stockish engine without raising the boost. It also allows you to run more boost with the same fuel octane and you typically get 5-6hp per psi on stockish setups and that's on top of the base gains stated above.
