Is a 46 going to restrict the header?

No, not if it's built right with the same exhaust side as a 50 trim (stage 3).

OK so my build plan is to, and please tell me if you see a flaw in my plan so I can correct it. Its to get my head portend and polished professionally, get a fmic from you, my intake upper is already gutted and polished and lower is knife edged ported and polished, install the header and down pipe and get the 46 trim turbo installed and eventually get a pimp. Is any of that not going to work well together? Is the turbo going to be to small for the air flow?

is the turbo going to restrict it with those mods? Or what turbo would you recommend with that setup?

Well I kinda do want to one day buy the esslinger aluminum head that comes loaded but until then I was gunna stay stock just because I dont know much about after market cams. From what I read it just seems to me like your sacrificing power in one rpm range to gain in another and I dont really want to have no bottom end at all lol I mean its a four banger it already has no bottom end

The 46 trim is a pretty good match to the setup listed above. If you add a good cam or an Essy head/cam package, you'll need quite a bit more turbo as a cam could be worth 50+hp and a head/cam could be worth nearly 100hp.

So with the above setup with the port and polish of the head what cam would you recommend for a street car? And mabey once or twice a year to the strip?

Esslinger 2277, Boport 1.5 or 2.1 or 2.5, Engle Hot Pinto cam.

And any of those will work on a factory head with a port and polish as long as I get the springs to go with correct?

No, you need less than ~.450" lift to not require machine work to the head. The 1.5 fits, I can't remember the lift on the Engle cam, the rest are over that mark.
