That turbo should have a variable turbine. Some people have decent luck running a traditional actuator to the vanes in the housing to control the boost level.
It appears to have the proper inlet flange to bolt to the stock or aftermarket manifold.

Kind of...you can but you'll still probably need a means to open up the vanes at higher rpm or it will cost some power up top.

so should I sell this one and look for some thing different. I seen the Holset HE351 on your turbo page so I got it lol. Is there a way for me to run the ve. thanks for the help

You can sell it and get a traditional HE351 or you can see how this one works. I stated how to control the variable geometry vanes in my first reply.
