I was wandering where the other end of the blue/tan wire was? It is the 12v crank and I am guessing it runs from the distributer to the s terminal on the starter. I have tried to splice it into the wire that already runs there but it does not work. I have a no crank problem and all of the stock wiring is hooked up. My fan is also on as soon as my key is turned on? What is going on? Any ideas

It says specifically in the swap instructions that it goes to the small terminal on the stater solenoid. Simply put a ring terminal on the wire, slide it onto the terminal, then slide the stock wire that goes on that terminal back on....done.

What I ment was where is the oter end of that wire in the harness or do you just splice off of the part that is in the distributor plug?

The wires that run my fuel pump and fan that are attached to the selinoid melted when I turned my car on for the first time. The car also does not crank. All of the wires are hooked up as directed in the turbo swap. Any ideas?

All of the wires are not hooked up as directed in the swap page. If they were, no wires would have melted.
From the swap page:
Now you need to remove the pins from both of the DIS connectors above and replace them in different positions into the grey connector as follows:
From top grey/orange----->(PIP) pink------------->(SPOUT) red/light blue (or blue/tan)-->(crank 12v) this wire needs to be run to the location of the small wire on the top of the starter solenoid, just put a small ring terminal on the end of it and slide it onto the small post on the solenoid red/light green---->(12v ignition) splice into this wire and run to positive side of coil (White) tan/yellow------->(IDM wire) splice into this wire and run to negative side of coil (Green) orange/red------>(ground)
This specifically states the wire has a ring terminal put on it and is ran to the solenoid. It doesn't say to splice into it. It no longer runs to the ignition module.
I'd suggest you go over all of the wiring changes again and change whatever was done wrong the first time. If anything is questionable, reread the swap page until it makes sense and if that doesn't work, post the question here.

I went over the wiring and could not find anything. When I turn the key the lights turn on like normal but when I try to crank it the creck engine light comes on. There is power to the coil and tfi. I don't understand where the problem could lie? The more I think about it the less I think it is in the swap wiring. Everything there functions. There are no changes that involve the cranking circut that I saw. I went over all of the wires and found nothing. I even put the clutch saftey bypass back in to see if that could have been it. What wire is involved in the ignition switch that involves cranking on a 93 vert?

I figured it out. It was the neutral saftey switch for the auto I had in it before. Sorry for the confusion
