Wastegate springs

We have a stinger 38mm wastegate. Is the stiffer spring the 18lb spring or is the soft one the 18 lb spring. I read somewhere that the one marked with yellow paint is the 18 lb spring. The one marked yellow is softer.

Softer spring = less boost. The softer yellow one is 12psi. The other one is 16psi.
