Header to turbo studs keep coming lose.What's the size and thread count? Going to try better studs.Is anyone one else having this problem? Thanks

They are 10mm x 1.5 Class 12.9.
The "simple" solution is to tack weld the studs on the bottom side of the flange with a small tack. That way it can't come loose unless you grind the tack weld off.
