Yes I have a 87 2.3turbo motor from a thunder bird turbo coupe in a 79 mustang that i just got running last week... But for some reason when ever i got to turn the motor over i locks up but when i let off the key and try it again it works again but the locks up but if i get it turning over good enough it starts and runs fine.. Ive already replaced the start and that wasn't it... the other thing is if i turn the fuel pump off and crank the motor over it doesn't lock up... but thats not all of it I'm also tripping 81,82,and 84 codes .If and body could give me some advice on that to do that would be grate.....

That's an odd one...I guess an injector could be sticking open? You could try removing the spark plugs and see if 1) it cranks properly and 2) it blows massive fuel out of one cylinder.
Those codes are normal for a swapped engine...related to the electric fan.

check fuel pressure, could be a bad regulator that was my problem, make sure plenty of coolant in the radiator

I check fuel pressure its runing between 38 to 40 psi of fuel pressure... what could I do about the electric fan because when i turn the key on the fan rellay just clicks and wont stop. Could I just run a power wire to the fan and run a toggle switch to it. Thanks stinger and 93turbo ill be sure to check all of that and will update if i get somewhere

You can put the fan on a toggle switch, that's not a problem (unless someone borrows the car and overheats it). You could also diagnose and fix the wiring to the relay...it's only a few wires going to that relay.

In stock form, grounding the wire on the coolant temp sender for the fan turns it on. You can wire up a switch that grounds when turned "on" and it will work.
