I have a lb3 computer. My question is will that harness plug right into everything with no problems because I don't want to have to do much wiring.

It will plug into the turbo engine and ECU. The directions are linked in the listing on the site and it shows you what it takes to connect it to the car.

I have an 88 Turbo CP. Is this harness set up for single or dual fans? Thanks!

It is set up to control a single fan, or have both fans come on at the same time.
