Does your 3 inch elbow make much ov a difrence vs stock and if so do u sell full 3 inch with the down pipe without flange to match the 3 inch elbow or would i have to do it all indavidualy

It does make a difference, though the difference gets larger the more power you're making, and the larger the turbo is you're running. On a stock turbo I typically say to just stick with the stock elbow as you're almost guaranteed to break off the bolts trying to remove the stock elbow and it will cost more to fix that problem than the elbow will cost.
We do list the elbow without the 2 bolt flange for use with the 3" elbow. You either weld it solid, or weld on a v-band flange for quick/easy removal.

If i ran the 2 bolt flange one and decided later on down the road to get the 3inch elbow could i cut the 2 bolt flange off and have enuff left to run a v band and whats the wait on a 3 inch single exhsaust atm

Yes, if you cut it off right at the edge of the weld and then pulled the inner 2.5" pipe out of where you cut it.
Exhaust systems are stocked so the wait is just the time it takes to get to the order and get it shipped out. Typically ship within a few business days.
