Yes I have a 79 mustang with an 87 turbo coupe motor... the other day i was under the car and noticed that my gas lines were almost rusted out. So I pulled them off and sure enough they broke right in half.. I was wondering if the made a gas line kit that starts at the tank and runs all the way to the fuel rail and if the don't what could i do?

The cheapest option would be to find an 87-90 2.3 EFI Mustang in the Junkyard and rob the lines off of it. You could also take them from an 83-86 Turbo Coupe. The turbo coupe ones are plastic, Mustang is steel. Otherwise you can always run braided or high pressure line all the way with new fittings but this will cost a couple hundred dollars.

does anybody make a fitting that goes from the duckbill style quick connect ford fittings to AN? that way you can hook braided line up to the factory fuel tank fittings? i have been wondering about this for myself

I can't seem to find them at the moment...I think they are like $70 each or something ridiculous like that.
