I am rebuilding my 86 mustang svo stock t3 turbo, it needs a new turbine wheel and shaft, i only found one replacement i need to know if it is the right size 1.918 exducer & 2.319 inducer. If this is not right can anyone tell me where i can get a replacement.

Doesn't sound like the right size, pretty sure the exducer is 2.1x" on our T3's. Regardless, how can it need a new exhaust wheel/shaft but not a compressor wheel? It is almost certainly cheaper/easier to find a used T3 and swap on the SVO compressor housing than to rebuild that one.

yah it is a waste of time and money to rebuild the turbo. so i am going to buy a brand new one not used so hopefully it will take care of some problems. i am looking at going bigger(who isn't) at a t3 t4 hybrid turbo from Garrett and Turbonetics which one would you recomend for reliability, strength, quality ect.

Elbow...yes, as long as you get the proper 5 bolt for exhaust housing. Actuator yes, as long as you are capable of modifying the mounting bracket for the wider bolt spacing.

i found two turbos that are basically the same, but one is oil cooled, and the other is oil & water cooled. witch one is better i plan on using this turbo for a long time, and its on a daily driver street terror.

If you have a water cooled T3 currently and don't plan to change the turbo location with a center mount header, it's fine to get the water cooled turbo. Otherwise the water lines are a pain to deal with.
