Not really familiar with using T-bolt clamps. Always have used worm gears. How tight should you go with T-bolt clamps? I thought I had them tight on my intercooler but a few test runs and the connectors came off. I tightened them enough so I could not twist the pipes by hand also tried try to pull them apart could not. Tightened them even more and did a few more runs - limited to 15 lbs and everything held.
One suggestion on the intercooler rotate the clamps so they can be tightened by using a deep socket and ratchet from underneath the bumper cover. Any other position you would have to move the radiator to tighten them
