I just went out for a road test and dont understand if its normal for a 306 cid N/A engine to have cells with a value over 128 and some of 142 to get 13.0 AFR with 80'S

If required fuel is set correctly, it's not.

In the required fiel, I've put 306, 80 lbs and 14.7. Only thing that might be different is fuel pressure. injectors are rated at 43.5 psi and now its set at 40 psi. I dont think that will make significant change to the tune (5%ishh) Could you walk me throught what's wrong? Here's the tune that has been changed by Live Analyze. There is a lot left to do.
Thanks
In the datalog yesterday, I have seen voltage spike to 21v a split second, I guess that dont help too.

Where and how is the ECU grounded? Where and how is the ECU powered?

I'm using the EEC IV harness so its using pin 7 to 11 for grounding.
Thanks

So db37 pins 7-11 connected to EEC pins 20/40/60?

11 to 40, 10 to 16, 9 to 60, 8 to 46 and 7 to 20. I have battery to the trunk.
One negative 2 Ga wire 2 feet away on the Chassis in the trunk One negative 0 Ga wire rear to front on the chassis, driver side. On that point, one 4 Ga on the timing cover. The other one goes on the ECU stock ring ground screw on the chassis in the fenderwell.
Ground firewall to driver head and ground passenger chassis to the other side of the timing cover. ECU is also grounded in the kick panel.
What I am missing?
Thanks

I found today the cause of the voltage fluctuation. It's when my wideband is connected. I've connected it directly to the battery for testing and the problem still there. I'm still looking how to fix this issue but the good new is, now I know where to look at.

Well that's interesting.
Did you say what kind of wideband it is?

AEM 30-4100. When I hook up the ground of the wideband directly to the battery, I still have the problem. When I put the positive of the wideband directly on the battery, the problem disappear. So basically, there is a feedback from the positive that I dont understand. Still looking for.

Hi,
Would you like to verify my tune because I dont understand why I have up and down when starting the engine. Is there some setting I could change to make it start faster / better. Would you tell me why I have high VE number in that tune ? The AFR look almost right now. I will have to trim some cell but generally speaking, its ok. Thanks.
Cant join the log, got forum need space for attachment.

I fixed the "need space for attachment" error, feel free to upload your log/tune files now.

I saw that. We're preparing to leave for a big race so I won't be able to look at it until next week. Wes may or may not be able to look at it before then.
