I don't have one here to count so I can't be sure. Should be 134 or 135 teeth I believe. What's the concern?

I was looking at the quicktime bell housings and read on another forum that a certain starter would not work with it if the fly wheel had a certain number of teeth. That guy has a V8, and 157 tooth is the V8 tooth count.
