Looking for direction on what to order, I know I will need the pimpxs but wondering what else I need to get with it.
Have a 10.4:1 347 with porter afr185 heads, ported truck lower with a hogan sheet metal upper. Cam (x cam)sucks at the moment but was in it when I got the short block. Running NA at the moment but planning on some spray down the road. This is going in a 91 mustang. Everything is stock on the efi side currently

You didn't say but I assume you're asking about a PiMPxs ECU?
You didn't say the application it's going in so I can't say if you need the PiMPxs (sequential, Mustangs) or the PiMPx (non-sequential, all applications other than Mustangs).

Along with the ECU with software license, you'll need a wideband (like our Spartan 2). A wideband gauge is optional (it's for you, not the ECU). We offer just a wideband gauge, or the all-in-one gauge that displays all sorts of stuff.
You'll also need a larger fuel pump and injectors. Injector size will depend on whether you'll be spraying a wet shot or a dry shot in the future.
As long as your harness is in good shape then you're good to go there, otherwise we offer a new harness if you need/want to go that route as well.
That's all I can think of currently.
