Is it only the exhaust valves that give problems? And im assuming if I don't use hardened ones I'll end up with the same problem?

If the intake side is leaking you need to have them do a valve job on the intake side. Yes on the hardening.

i asked the machine shop if they used hardened valve seats, and he replied oh your one of those turbo guys? and then said that every one he installs is hardened anyway

so upon waiting to get my head to the machine shop, i decided to clean up the ports just a hair, cleaned up the intake's ports a little, and am trying to get the turbo off the manifold now
i didnt realize until i saw pictures how small the E6 manifold outlet into the turbo is!!! i plan on opening that up alot since i cant afford a header yet (my '99 cobra might get headers first)

just an update, car is going back together had all the valve seats redone, he cleaned everything up really nice for me, and got a good deal. new turbo intercooler my sexy stinger oil return line, also see my stinger 3" exhaust race shop . goin together, i have since painted the metal coolant lines
