i'm not sure what these connectors are for...more or less i want to know if i should leave them on the harness and what they plug into...one connector is square with a flat prong with a black wire coming out of the large white connector it also has a stranded bare wire coming out of it, and the other is a round two prong connector with an orange/red wire and a red/lt green wire

If you go over here: www.flemworld.com/Click on "85 How To's" then click on "2.3 turbo swap" you will find links to the turbo coupe and mustang wiring diagrams. There is also a chart that shows pin differences between the 2.3 mustang and turbo coupe. The mustang diagrams only go up to '90 but they should give you an idea of the differences between a TC and Mustang wiring differences. With that information and a good wiring diagram for your specific year you should be good to go.

oh i already have the computer repinned i was just connecting the harness in the car and i have these two connectors that i don't think i need on my harness still but i didn't want to remove them without asking...they actually end up right by the intake manifold but they don't fit either connector on the side of the manifold so i was wondering if i need to chance connectors or get rid of these wires or maybe they don't go by the manifold?

ok i think i just answered my own question...i believe they are the crank sensor wires of the n/a motor...just wondering if it is going to hurt anything if i eliminate the black wire from the white connector? also should i remove the orange/red and red/lt green wires too? there is like a factory splice deal before the distributor connector...is it gonna hurt anything if i cut it off there?

The more wires you remove, the more possible problems you are creating, specifically if you don't know what the wires are. If you want to remove unused wires I'd suggest you compare your harness against the wiring diagram for you year car and figure out what they are and what they will effect before removing. In general, the red/lt green wires are typically the trouble makers when removed.
