Hey Stinger! i unplugged the vacuum actuator to get max boost and of course my stock .48 ihi is spinning to the max. My question is why people say's that it should get 18 psi when i can get only 15 psi? all vacuum hose are ok! But my only concern is that i get a blown valve cover gasket in the front when i run full boost!!!!!!

Do you have any airflow mods (porting, aftermarket cam, 3" exhaust)? If so, that will lower the max boost the IHI will make.

Well, a cone filter should remove some vacuum from the inlet of the turbo which would raise boost.

I get better 1/4 pass with the cone off the vam? and all of the vacuum lines on intake side of the turbo are plugged, so the system is pretty vacuum leak free. Do you have an idea about the blown valve cover gasket? because now oil is coming out on the front of engine (it looks like there's some good pressure in the valve cover.) I changed it twice with felpro blue rubber seal and it still blow's it out.............

Felpro blue gasket is junk...I only run the cork gasket (glued to the valve cover before putting it on) or the Ford black rubber one that has the steel inside the gasket material and is reusable.
