Hi Shannon. I am looking at setting up a FMIC and DIYPNP on my 1986 SVO, and after researching I am wondering what the best location is for adding the ACT sensor.
Does it have to be in the intake post TB, or would it be better to locate it in the pipe after the FMIC( to reduce heat soak)?

DIYPNP? You're killing me!
It just has to be post intercooler. Avoiding head soak from the engine, radiator, etc. is ideal.

I'm sorry Shannon, I grew up building Heathkit products, and this was an unbuilt Ford kit some guy sold me for $200... I couldn't pass that up. I do have another question regarding things that I do wish to purchase from you. Would you sell me an "Accessory Pack" that includes the base tune/MAP hose/Tuner Studio for this ECC? If so, would I just order the PiMP pack and include an email with the particulars?

Yeah, can't pass that up.
Unfortunately our base tunes won't work with that ECU as we use different components than they do (we don't just buy their kits and assemble them, we make our own boards and such).
