What about behive spring? I posted on NATO a question on Alk/Met injection and i need your advice. On blow through set-up,do you think that if i put injector before Vam it will be ok with temp sensor(wide band will be use to monitor) I was thinking that if sensor get cooler charge it would automaticaly give a rich condition meaning i could turn up the boost!

It's not going to add any significant fuel if it reads a cooler charge, it's just going to add timing. I don't see any benefit from injecting it before the vam but I can think of a number of problems with it (puddling in IC, eroding compressor wheel, corroding vam, loss of atomization, etc.).

Next question, Would it be possible to put a block plate between head and lower intake so that coolant gets deleted in the lower?

Yes, there have been a few people that made small batches in the past. They make them out of phenolic plastic material so it also keeps the heat of the head out of the intake. Most other materials either fail under the heat or crush when torqued down, or transfer heat.
I believe there is a 2.3 industrial application gasket that has the block off built in and can be special ordered from a parts store for like $10.
