OK I got a 87 2.3turbo coupe motor in m 79 mustang. I was working on trying to get the vacuum problem all worked out because i was only vacuuming 10 psi at idle... well i got that all worked out but i was fulling with my cam timing trying to get it all worked out the vacuum problem was the egr valve staying open all the time. but when this was all happing the car pull really good at 8psi but now that Ive got all the vacuum problem worked out it doesn't pull as hard.. i think the cam timing is still off but i cant seem to get it right because there is no mark Ive got the cam pointing right at the aux pulley bolt.. i set the timing with the spout off at 10 degrees btdc then when i plug the spout back in it only jumps to about 22-25 degrees.and on other thing when i run the car down the road and boost it and let off the gas push the clutch in the car dies whats this all about

Did you set it to 10 degrees BTDC or ATDC? It should be set to the mark above/towards the passenger side of the TDC mark, sounds like you set it to ATDC.

could there be a problem that i might be running a MAP sensor off a 87 2.3 n/a motor rather that a biometric pressure sensor for a 87 2.3 turbo coupe ?

A number of things including a dirty IAC valve, lack of vacuum, improper cam timing or ignition timing, improper TPS voltage setting, etc.
What rpm does it idle at? How much vacuum? Stock cam?

I'm not convinced your ignition timing is right. It should go to the mid 30's at least at idle with the spout in.
See our tech article about setting base idle to see how to fix the problem with it dieing and such.

i just had this problem, it didnt seem like it wanted to move much
is the throttle response nutsty?
i threw the timing light aside and slowly added more timing till it ran good and didnt ping. now, all mine does is destroy tires at an alarming rate
and as for the egr problem, i threw my egr in the garbage. problem solved.
