I installed the 2.3t from a 85 SVO in my 91 Miata and I will be purchasing the ECU from Stinger next month, but I want to make sure the Microsquirt is the best option for my swap. The Microsquirt sounds like the best option because it comes with the wire harness. My questions are: will the harness it comes with be okay to use in the Miata as far as component location, power to the dash, and lights. The engine is stock except for a FMIC, ported lower intake, oil cooler, and custom upper intake. I will eventually upgrade from the stock turbo and add other mods to push for 350 WHP or more. I am thinking I should purchase the 60lb/hr injectors; is this a good option for the power I want out of the engine?

Component location should be right since the engine dictates that.
Dash wires should be right unless it's right hand drive or something.
The main thing to look at with the microsquirt vs a PiMPx is how much extra "stuff" you plan to use other than just running the engine (boost control, launch control, fan control, nitrous control, etc.) because the Microsquirt is very limited in how many programmable outputs it has once TFI and IAC use up two of them.
If you plan on making north of 350hp then 80's are a better option.

Awesome! I am okay with the limitations of using microsquirt for sure. would the 80's be okay to use if I am in the 250 hp range for a while until I make some upgrades? I am not sure how larger injectors would operate with a less demand than what they are rated for.

80's is as large as we suggest going with a batch fire ECU. They are OK at lower power levels.
