i got my aem uego installed today, and it confirmed my suspicion. waaaay rich..
part throttle at 5psi it pegs the guage at 10.0 a/f, so im guessing i have to lean it out a little. do i go about that by adjusting the vane meter and watching the a/f till 11.8 WOT?

There really isn't any adjustment in the factory system. The best way to get a little tuning is to use an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. The thing you have to watch though is to make sure it doesn't go too lean near redline. The vane air system will always cause it to go rich at first then slowly lean out. All you can adjust is how rich it goes down low.

i got it to be a decent a/f on high rpm wot pulls, but when i turn the boost above 20, it flutters upon cracking the throttle and runs rough for a few seconds

Well, I'd start with fuel pressure (if you don't want to move to an ecu chip to properly tune it).
