OK, that indicates two things: It's rich (which we knew) and it's equally rich on all 4 cylinders (which we didn't know).
This eliminates a stuck injector and the ecu injector drivers.
At this point I feel like we've covered everything "normal" and as long as the info you are reporting is correct (cam timing is right, ignition timing is right, fuel pressure is in the 30's, ect sensor is new, plug wires are in correct order, plugs are firing, plug wires are in good condition). In my opinion this only leaves issues in the wiring harness. I'd be tempted to start over with a different harness.

I thought he still had a bunch of codes, like TPS codes etc. Could be the ECU is in limp home mode because of bad sensors and/or wiring. I would work on one code at a time, track it all the way down, correct it, then work on the next code.

ok well i am replaceing the fpr. and i will redo the fuel pressure test.i am then goin to get my ect sensor in and then i will redo my code's. but so lets say its my harness even hoe i hope its not, but how much do you think it will run me to get one?? also do i need the mustang harness and the thunderbird harness or just 1.

You don't need to replace the fpr since you already said the pressure was 30 something (which is fine). You do need to get that ect sensor in there ASAP though.
You'll only need a Mustang harness. I can't remember what year your car is but you'll either need an 87-90 harness or 91-93 (whatever range your Mustang is in). Probably get one for $75 or so.

mine is a 88. but i already got the fpr on, o well at least i know thats new lol , i am goin to get the sensor in tomarrow, i pulled my intake off because its easier to work on, but do you got any tips on porting it??? i meen i might as well i ready got it off so why not. also this is the sensor they gave me is this the right sensor that i need to change the ect sensor. also do you got any thing else i should do as i got all that stuff off??? i think i found a harness near where i live so i will check in to that. thanks stinger

That is the sensor that goes in the block for the guage. You need the one that goes into the lower intake for the ECU.
Don't port the intake. I tried and could not get it done. Had to take it to a friend with a bridgeport mill to finish it.

Correct, that's the engine coolant temp sender (for the gauge). It won't help anything unless your temp gauge doesn't work (and then it will only help if it's the 88 Mustang sender).
I wouldn't suggest porting the intake at this point. I would make sure there are no evidence of leaks at either intake gasket though.

ok well i will get a new set of gaskets when i head to orileys wensdays. umm do i need to buy 2 sets becuase after i get it runnig agian and i will have to take it back apart dont i need to replace the gasket's when i port it???

The gaskets will probably be ok to reuse but it's hard to say...buy two if you want. I'd be more worried about getting it running right than porting or future mods though.

Don't port that intake. You are opening up a big can of worms that does not need to be opened right now. Focus on getting all those codes resolved.

o ok i will. i will just order 2. i am sure there is only 2 problems wireing or my fuel pump. i just was not sure if i should do it sense it was already off. i found a wire harness what part do i need do i need the whole thing from the computer to alll the sensors ot just from the computer to the fire wall???

Computer to engine is what you need. Then the swap is simple, only need to modify about 4 wires.
It's not a fuel pump issue, you already verified that by checking pressure.

ok so do i cut the wire's the go to the sensors and then just unhook the wire's from the computer wright, and its as simple as that? how long do you think it would take to re wire it??? just a ruff estimate???
