1) Scan for codes 2) Check fuel pressure 3) Verify Cam timing (not ignition timing) is correct
After this is done, report back. If you don't know how to do any of these, 1 and 3 has been explained multiple times on this forum and there is a tech article for 3. 2 requires a fuel pressure gauge.

Make sure the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) is not leaking causing gas to get sucked into the intake manifold. Pull the vacuum hose off the FPR and see if it smells like gas. And like Stinger mentioned above your timing belt may have slipped.

could the (FPR) cause the car to smoke a grey color and smell like gas. it is not burning oil. but its blowing grey smoke that smells like gas If the diaphram is blown raw gas will go right through the vacuum hose and into the intake and cause smoke. Take the vacuum hose off and see if gas is in there.

No on the sensors.
Grey smoke is coolant aka blown headgasket. Fuel is black, oil is blue smoke. Yours smells like fuel because the engine isn't burning the fuel in the cylinder that is leaking coolant.

It could, yes. You need to do a compression test.

ok my uncle is coming up the 8th jan and he said he would bring every thing up to check it, but if i can find every thing befor then i will get it done sooner. its a little cold here in montana plus its snowing so that make it suck for working out in the cold LOL. i pulled my dip stick out and it looks like there might be water in my oil. i am a little scared to start it agian because i dont wont it to blow up. i cheked my radiator and it seems to be fine, it would be nice to find if this is my problem. i would rather do this and mess with wire ect LOL

If the oil is milky, you certainly have a blown headgasket or other problem that requires head removal...might as well get started with removing it.

Yeah, if you have help, remove the head/intake/exhaust manifold/turbo as one assembly. No need to take it all apart. Just remove the throttle body, valve cover, timing belt, head bolts, downpipe, oil feed, oil return, water lines, unplug a few wires, and lift if off.
