I just bought an 86 Turbo Coupe five speed and it was running rough so I did the standard trouble shooting (running codes, check VAM voltage, ect) The code that came up was TPS and I adjusted that, set the timing at 10 degrees (spout out). After I did this I drove it and still sputtered down low so I thought I'd test the VAM. While testing the VAM I noticed it has a large VAM installed and it does have a flat spot just after idle. So I know I need one of those. I thought it was weird to have the big VAM so I went looking into the ECU to see if it was swapped.
There is also a switch next to fog lights that is unmarked in the location of an octane switch so that led me to take a look at the computer too. The computer is a reman with the tag of PC1, EFI-TC5, E5ZF-12A650-C3B.
Looking further into where that switch was wired, I found it going to pin 24 (octane?) and the other wire from the switch tied into pin 30 (neutral switch). Pin 46 wire looks to have been cut and taped up. I didn't see any other wire mods the the computer harness.
Everything I've been able to find says I have an 85/86 computer. I am stumped as to what I have. Any wiring diagram I found for an SVO, or LA3 listed more mods to the harness.
Thank you in advance.

It's an early TC 5 speed computer. Small VAM is what it should use. No octane switch on those cars, pin 24 goes to nothing. Pin 30 is the octane switch on later cars but it's just the neutral drive switch for the early cars. Pin 46 is signal return (sensor ground) so I don't even know how it runs with that one cut.

Sorry, I should've clarified better. Pin 46 wire was taped back together (it's connected). Do you know the color of the wires for pin 46 and 30 in a stock set up? I Found a chart with the mods for a LA3 swap and it says to move pin 30 to 24 and was wondering if those were moved.

I don't know the colors.
It doesn't matter if 30 was moved 24 or not, your ECU doesn't have any ability to do octane switching.
