I know the compressor map says like 325hp but is it possible to make 330-340 crank hp with the .60-.63 garrett with alky spray pre compressor and a powerstroke cooler on race fuel. Is it normal that my T3 would make 30+psi? I know it's way inefficient at that boost but i didn't think it could make that much. I replaced my holset hy35 with the stocker and it feels much faster and way more fun for daily driving, but i think i'm at it's limits with 24psi?

The FAQ page says what the max hp is (as well as the max efficient boost).
Yes they will make 30+psi but not for very long before they explode.

There is a guy on the nato forum running 27 psi from his 60/63 on alky. thats about as far as i would run it. his only other mods are an npr intercooler, advanced timing (19* i think) and pump gas with 11.2 afr's. Runs 12.90s in a fll weight bird with drag radials. not sure what his hp numbers are, but i think with a good tune you would see what you want at the crank. you might have to get pretty wild with it though, esp with race gas.
