The exhaust housing on my Turbo (Stock Garrett T3) is cracked on both sides of the flapper hole and I have some bolts for the wastegate that are broke off. What do i do? Can it be fixed?

The vast majority of them are cracked. If it's not a gaping crack that you can see through, it's not a big issue. The bolts can be drilled out and fixed though it's sometimes cheaper to find a better used housing. FYI I only use three bolts on the one on my SVO and it seals fine.

Ok... thanks and let me know if you decide to sell that "badly undersized turbo" you got! :-)

I don't have a problem selling it when I'm done using it. Be aware that it's a Turbonetics T3 turbo with less than 1000 miles on it though so it won't be $150 or anything.

New it was $680 so probably $400 or so shipped.

They are basically an HX35 which is best for a 350-450hp engine.

i ran a cracked t3 .48 housing for a couple of years with no problem. you could have it welded up and machined flat at any reputable machine shop.
