I just received my Pimpxshift for my F-150 and had initially decided to go w/the Crane Cams 364211. I've since changed my mind and decided to go w/an Isky custom grind. My main concern, which might be a little too late at this point, is that my new cam has a 108 LSA for the lumpy idle even though the powerband is 1500-5500. My question is, can the Pimpx ecu be tuned to efficiently run a cam with that low of an LSA?

It's fine, the ECU has no limitations as far as cam specs go.

AWESOME! So the base tune supplied on the thumb drive will still work even though it's a different cam then what I said I'd be using when I placed my order initially, correct?

The duration @ .050" is what determines what base tune you get. Looks like the Crane is a baby cam (basically stockish). I'd need to know the duration @ .050" of the custom cam and whether your base tune name has "stock" or "mid" in it to know if it's right or not with the new cam.
