I'm putting on my 120 gutted and rotated intake and my throttle body is hitting the alternator. Anyone have any suggestions for a new one? imgur.com/a/CHZkD5i

Yes.
Use a RHS (mustang or pinto) alternator setup- that's what I had to do.
It also requires the side mount alternator, as well.
In the end, it was so much work that in retrospect, I wouldn't have rotated it.

We can adjust the fitment to get it to clear. What chassis is it in? From the master cyl I assume it's a Ranger?

Yup it's a ranger, the TB is right next to the end of the master. It clears great without the IAC. imgur.com/a/b1prtzg

The other option is to remote mount the IAC. There are factory applications like this. It's just a plate with two hoses to a remote IAC.

I have no IAC on my setup and it starts fine, I let it warm up for a minute before driving it and I have not had any issues. Just a thought

Perhaps Lower the alternator and use a smaller belt? Just a thought....
