The car has a brand new distributor, coil, plugs, and wires. The timing is set to 10* with the spout out. I have been chasing this problem for 2 months with no luck. In the video i crank the car and then hold my foot on the gas pedal to keep it running. When I give it more gas you can start to see raw fuel smoke coming in the car. And I am not sure what the sqealing sound is... It just spits and spudders. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot from here? Codes?
The squealing sounds like a bad bearing or maybe the starter spinning?
Fuel pressure test results?

I dont know how to pull codes and i will do a fuel pressure test as soon as i can rent the tester from oriely's. I agree with the squealing sound being a bearing. I will post back with my test results asap.
Thank you for the suggestions, it is much appreciated.

You can buy an EEC-IV code scanner from O'reily's for about $20

Well I have narrowed it down to the eec being the problem. I don't think the whole unit is fried, just some of it. The car will crank up and idle for 1 second and then go dead. If I unplug the map sensor it will crank up and idle rough, but its stays running. Also when I try to datalog with BE everything but pw1 and spark show zero, which tells me that the quarterhorse isn't getting the signals from the eec to display on the datalog. This is also the reason the car doesn't run right. Im guessing that when I cut the vam plug wires to wire up the map sensor, I must have touched 2 wires together with the key on. I'm thinking that this could have caused the my issue due to the fact that the car datalogged fine before I cut the vam wires.
So now I need to borrow or buy someones LA3 to test and see if this is the problem.

Update: I installed a pc1 eec and have the same problem. So now its down to the quarterhorse. I unplugged the QH from the eec and the car cranked up and did the same thing! I have since sent my QH back to moates to see if it is broken. I really think it is the QH, and that would also explain the datalogging issue.

If it runs the same without the QH then that's not the issue.
Without codes I have no further input.

I had a Merkur XR4TI run like that. I found A diod missing from the wiring harness located just above the rear of the valve cover. But the car would clear out if you would take it for a drive.

Well moates tested the QH and it checked out just fine. I will check for codes when I get time this weekend.
Are you talking about the 2 little black boxes that that sit behind the valve cover? That is something i haven't checked. If possible could you send me a picture of what your talking about?
