Update: The problem is still there, but i have narrowed it down to an electrical issue. Here are the things that i have done:
Replaced TFI Module ( i already had a brand new distributor, but i replaced it anyway since they are known to go bad )
Swapped EEC with a known good one.
Got a brand new quarter horse.
New map sensor.
Check all fuses under the dash. ( good )
Double checked grounds by grinding paint to bare metal and regrounding.
Checked voltage at map sensor and it checks out good.
Now I found out what the loud noise was in the video: It was my starter. I looked down at it this weekend and it was hanging on by one bolt. I found 2 bolts and reinstalled it. I believe that solved part of my ground problem.
With that out of the way I moved on to reading the data log and found some interesting output. When i start the data log with the key on the following appear:
RPM: 7160 BAP: 221 bar ( which should be showing about .9 bar with the key on.) With the eec seeing 221 bar, it is dumping all the fuel it can which explains why the car starts idles and then dumps black smoke ( raw fuel ) then dies after 2 seconds.
Throttle Pos: doesn't show? I will post a print screen of this tonight....
With these values reading irratically like they are, there has to be something going on with the wiring, relay, diode or something.
Any ideas on where to test for voltage, ohms, ect...? I am ready to try anything to get this thing to run right.
Thanks, Joseph T.

Step one would certainly be to check bap voltage with a voltmeter and see how it compares to the proper value for your altitude.

Well I finally have the car successfully running with the speed density setup! I reset my tps and changed a few vacuum lines around. I havent had time to do any tuning or turn the boost up yet. I plan on doing that this weekend and possibly some track runs. I will make sure and video, and if it gets to running like I want, I will have to have a rematch with that ol mustang ha...

Make sure it's well tuned before going to the track, otherwise you'll blow a HG or worse.

I have an update: On the way home sat. while passing a car on highway in 4th gear, the car made a loud pop and black smoke cloud out the back. I noticed that the tach was reading 0 rpm after this happened, while the car was still in gear. After I got towed home and some quick advice from svojohn, I pulled the dist. cap and turned the motor over by hand and discovered that the rotor was not spinning. I pulled the dist. and almost all of the teeth were gone ( the same on the dist. drive gear ). Well thats the bad news. The good news is im 99% sure that is what my ignition problem has been the whole time i have had this car, and I was able to get a new oil pump and dist. drive gear from a dirt track racing buddy. I noticed that the dist. drive gear has a lot of play in it and that was most likely the cause of the problem.
I will hopefully have the motor out and on an engine stand by tom night, and have the motor back together with a new dist. by this weekend.
Thank you everyone for your valuable input so far, you have been a great help.
Any advice on installing a new oil pump and dist. drive gear would be appreciated.
