ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO "UNSTUCK" AN H35 TURBO ON THE HOT SIDE. WE HAVE SOAKED THIS THING WITH WD FORTY SO MUCH THAT THEIR STOCK SHOULD HAVE GONE UP. WE'VE EVEN USED THE HANDLE FROM ONE OF OUR FLOOR JACKS FOR LEVERAGE BUT IT HASN'T BUDGED. ANY HELP APPRECIATED

Try puting heat to it with a small torch and knocking it free with a hammer carefully. I always seperate the two and then clean the rust off and get the clocking close and reinstall with some anti sieze or some lube so it will turn easy.

That's pretty much the way to go....well that and a big hammer anyways.

If you are running an external wastegate there is no reason to. If you are going to use the internal gate, it's mandatory.
