New guy here, been searching post for a bit and cant seem to find what I need. Have an 83 thunderbird and bought lots of goodies from Stinger and having a little problem fitting the Fmic intercooler. Do the U pipes go under or over the bumper shocks? Sure I’ll have more questions down the line but just getting started.

It goes under the shocks. Note the intercooler inlet and outlet are not perfectly centered vertically so if you flip the intercooler over it changes the location of the in/out relative to the bumper shocks.
