ok so here is the run down. i took my old harness out of my car because they guy that did the swap did a very bad job as there was wires cut and it just looked bad. so i went to the junk yard and picked up a harness out of a 89 or a 90 mustang. my mustang is a 88 if that helps. so i got it out of the car and i sent it to a guy you pined and fixed every thing on it and did a very very very very good job on it. he labled every thing and i pluged every thing in that was labled. well i still had a few plugs that were not labled and i was told if they fit some where else plug them in. so i did, well i went to go start my car and i noticed my fuel pump was not turning on, so i checked every thing the ground ect ect. and then i seen if i has spark well no spark. what can cause this? ? i got brand new spark plug wires ect ect. but i got no fuel as well. so i check the fuse under my seat for the fuel pump and its was pluged in. i restarted the switch in the hatch for the pump and still nothing. what should i be looking at??? if you guys could help that would be cool. i got this on allfordmustangs.com as well. i would like to get as much help as i can. thanks guys

You can voltage to the pump, tfi, coil, or any of the sensors under the hood to make sure the harness is doing what it should. I would think the person that did the harness for you would be the ideal person to talk to though. How they could screw up a harness that only requires 4 wire changes is mind boggling though.

the guy did a great job on the harness. i think i might have screwed things up. i am goin to double check every thing that i did. and i will update. i dont see my computer being bad as it worked befoir i switched the harness.

Just because it looked good doesn't mean it's right. There are no two plugs that will plug into each other that shouldn't be plugged into each other.
IF it ran ok before and IF the ecu is fine, then the harness is 99% the issue.

The car did not run well at all, probably stuck in limp mode, with tons of codes. That is why he went with a different harness instead of trying to fix the on he had.

You didn't run into a little roadblock. You ran into a problem that has not been solved for 5 months and is above your ability to fix it because you aren't familiar with efi systems.
Without using a volt meter, you can't diagnose the fuel or spark issues to verify items are getting voltage, outputting voltage, grounded, etc.

I have no problems with people asking questions, I have no problems answering them. Unfortunately I can't fix cars for people though, only give advice. When the person asking for help doesn't have access to the diagnostic tools needed to solve the problem or lacks the mechanical fortitude to use the advice in an efficient enough manner to work through the problems, it's difficult or impossible to help from a distance.
Who cares if it takes you 5 years to fix it? Everyone who's spending their own time trying to help. By this point, all possible problems have been covered. These cars aren't rocket science. There can't be 5 months worth of possible problems. You need air, fuel (in the right amount), and spark (at the right time) to run perfectly. It's really as simple as that. If you are lacking one or more of those items, figure out why and fix it, done.
Typically banning someone from a forum (after several warnings) is a pretty good way of telling someone to not ask any more questions until 1) they've fixed the current problems or 2) they've gained enough knowledge to ask new and more in depth questions while providing detailed, useful, and accurate information about the problem, typically through electrical diagnostics (with a voltmeter).

In this video the wire taped up running to the negative battery terminal. That wire goes to the positive terminal on the starter relay:
The big bunch of wires should run to knock sensor, TPS, IAC, oil pressure, and coolant temp for the guage.
