A while back during the winter i was waitin for it to get warm so i could get on the bird an start up on the head gasket, well weather is here finally, but while i was waiting for good non freezing weather i would start the twice every week let it run for about 10-20 mins with absolutly no smoke comin out the exhaust, then i start to notice smoke coming from the turbo or around it an see anitfreeze drippin on the ehaust side of the turbo an then white smoke comin from the exhaust, so maybe instead of a head gasket it might be turbo related, reason being i took it around the block an right as the turbo would spool up the car would shake violently, runs perfect at idle but everytime boost is supposed to be in effect it won't, also thats when i noticed i had no brakes i alwready seen the prob the brake hose comin off the main brake line to the proportioning valve(A lil box where the brake hose goes into an splits into left an right brakes lines) i think it's called popped off. Is that just a regular brake hose? then from there the drivers side brake line was cracked thats easy enough to do, so basically i want to replace the whole rear brakes but that proportioning valve i think itscalled is a nightmare to find so am i lookin for the right part??

If you continue to run an engine with a blown or partially blown headgasket, it will get worse over time, just as you described. It will also run ok at idle and bad under boost (when it pressurizes the coolant system).
I won't get into the brakes too much but yes it's a standard brake line and certainly anything that is cracked or stripped needs replaced.
