I am installing a Kirban adjustable fuel pressure regulator on my car. The car has a modified SVO motor with 80lb Deka injectors and a Pimp ECU. The current fuel pressure is approximately 39psi w/o the boost reference. Should I keep this fuel pressure or increase it to 43.5psi per the Deka injector specification? I assume if I increase the fuel pressure my current tune will be rich at the higher pressure.

You either put it at the pressure they are rated at (43.5), or you leave it alone and adjust the flow rate you enter accordingly because they aren't 80 lb/hr at 39psi, they are smaller (the calculator for this is in the FAQ thread).

The injectors at 39 psi fuel pressure should flow approximately 75 lbs/hr.
You can keep the fuel pressure at 39 psi OR bump it up to 43.5 psi.
What ever you decide, make sure you have the right flow rate entered in TunerStudio (80lbs @ 43.5 psi, 75lbs @ 39 psi).
