well this is what happens to me I have a 1991 ranger and I put the engine of a turbo coupe first it worked well but the van broke down but I bought another one and the same but now I did not get more than 4500 rpm and smell a lot of gas and I have no impulse and it only gives me 10 pounds of pressure and I disassemble the intake and it has oil but more in cylinder 2 and 3

So you didn't install the Turbo Coupe ECU (along with required wiring changes) or you did? If you did, what ECU is it (or what year Turbo Coupe is it from)?
What injectors?
What fuel pump?
What's "no impulse" mean?
10 pounds of fuel pressure or boost pressure?
What fuel octane are you running?
Is there an intercooler installed?

if I put its wiring with the la3 ecu I put its original intercooler, original gas pump and if it only gives 10 pressure, the turbo and the injectors are 1 green and 3 brown and the year is 1988 the gas that I put is 97 and of the impulse is that it has no power

Right now I'm putting its head gasket because I don't know if antifreeze was leaking

Green injectors are 30 lb/hr, brown are 35 lb/hr (the correct size for an LA3). You can not run the green injector anymore, it will destroy the engine. You have to run low impedance 35 lb/hr brown injectors with the LA3.
If you're only getting 10psi fuel pressure then you need to fix that problem. It likely needs a new pump, or the hose that connects the pump to the line in the tank has ruptured and is leaking back into the tank.
