Help with build| $ range? | Goal: 350hp | Parts needed?

So I am new to these engines and working on cars. I have a 86' Mustang SVO and my goal for the build is to hit 350 hp. Now, I need help figuring out the details of exactly what I would need for this. The car is all stock except for a Kemso 255 lph fuel pump. I know I am going to need bigger injectors (but which ones), 3 inch downpipe, bigger turbo, exhaust system, air intake, probably a front mounted intercooler, and my best bet for ecu would probably be a micro squirt? What I want to know is what else would I need for this car to be fun and for it to stay reliable on me, without dumping a HUGE amount of money into it. Basically what I am asking is details on parts to get, such as the ones I named, and what else is necessary or not. I also heard that the stock E6 manifold can be ported for this goal, rather than buying a whole new header, this correct? If possible I'd like to know a price range aswell. To anyone that helps me, I appreciate it tremendously.

Also consider the stage 1 or stage 3 porting and having them assemble it all (if he's porting it, might as well go to the 2.1 or 2.5 cam):

Without porting you'd need to run 25psi or so (which will require 95+ octane fuel or water/meth injection). With head porting you'd be able to get there with 18psi or so (which can be done on 91 or 93 octane fuel). If you go with the ported head option, it can make 350hp or 425hp depending on boost level.

You're looking at $5k to $7k for these parts.
