so i have finally gotten around to starting my car and i have no spark. it's a 92 stang with an 87 turbo coupe motor with an la3 and large vam, i did the wiring according to stinger and i just double checked everything today when it wouldn't start and it all seems to be right. i checked for codes and i got 81 and 83. i've already replaced the cap and rotor, the coil, plugs and wires and tfi. can anyone direct me in direction to solve this.
also, i read on a different site...don't remember which one, that the coil negative should be switching in order for the coil to 'charge'. i put my volt meter on it and i had batt. voltage with key on and with key on and trying to start. there was no change other than the draw from the battery that it was taking to turn the car over.

You have to use a 12v test light, not a voltmeter to check whether the coil is switching. The meter won't change fast enough to show it.
You need to simply diagnose the wiring to see if you are getting voltage where you should, ground on the signal return wires (this is typically where people screw up and end up with voltage on the ground "Signal return" wires), etc.
