the set up will be with stock mount to start,will end up being a stinger header later, is it possible that there is one that will work with both

No, there is not a way to make it work with both. The most cost effective method is to install the Holset at the same time as the header. In this case, you can get a header downpipe without flange that is ready to accept any Holset outlet flange, regardless of which style it is.
