When I oaid close to a rack for my PimpX I was under the impression that it would come with a base tune. The information on this website indicates that PimpX ECUs cone with base tunes. I feel like I paid for a base rune, that I was promised a base tune, yet I have no base tune. When I received the ecu I immediately brought this to the attention of someone with your company and they simply told me that I "will have to make your own... you might have to move some pins around or somethin..." For me this is unsatisfactory, lazy, and borderline fraudulent.

The base tune is on the red USB flash drive that came with your ECU and has your name written on it, and nobody with our company told you that you have to "make your own" as that would be false and there would be no reason to tell you that when you absolutely without a doubt received a base tune, and as I'm the person who responds to all emails and makes all calls so I'm in control of all communication with customers. If you had responded as a real account and not a guest, I'd be able to look up our prior communication, or at least look up your order to know what you're referring to.
You do use the base tune as a "base" starting point and tune from there, just like every customer on here has done. That's what a base tune is, a starting point that should start the engine if the setup process is done properly. Sometimes the base tune is real close and may not even need tuning, but that isn't "expected" nor is it what is promised.
If you'd be willing to provide some sort of info (order number, email, last name, or something like that to look up) so I have a way to contact you, I'd love to clear up with misunderstanding with you.

Figured out who you are based on the "Gem" in your original post. The only previous conversation we had on record post-purchase was a phone call that was less than 2 minutes long in August. I called you again today. You said you received a V8 base tune (in error) but you have an I6. This is different info than you posted above (that we didn't supply you a base tune and told you to "make one"). I explained that this is a simple human error, and is easy to fix if we're made aware of the issue (simply email an I6 tune). I've now emailed you the I6 tune. Thanks.
