I bought the standard pimpx not thinking that I may need the shift model,(truck has an e40d) if I where to use a banks trans command already installed am I safe to use the standard pimpx or do I need to ditch the trans command and exchange with the shift model?

You already asked a similar question last week but it's hard to find since you've not registered for an account (guest posts aren't searchable).
Basically, the ECU doesn't care what you're doing with the trans. It doesn't know you even have an E4OD since it's not designed to connect to any of the trans control pins.

Yeah I was struggling to find the first ask, I went ahead and registered now. I have one more questing regarding injectors,I have the 5.8l Windsor, and would like to upgrade injectors. With the standard ecu option, is there an upgrade I can purchase to be able to run 8 high impedance injectors or is the ecu good to go for that?

The truck came with 8 high impedance injectors that the ECU can control so swapping to different high impedance injectors won't change anything (other than needing to enter the new injector data in the tune).
All of our V8 injectors on our site are high impedance (and not Chinese knock-offs).
